LESSONS ON LOCATION

After taking an initial free lesson, the participant can register as a customer through the purchase of a lesson package of their choice.
Upon registration, you will receive a temporary password as a personal login for your account.
Payment for the tuition package is made through the online payment system.
In a class package for on-site physical classes, a recording of Online D-stress yoga after each week is available for 1 month.
Booking a lesson can only be done through our online booking platform on your profile by logging into your account via the website.
Reservation of a class will be confirmed via e-mail. This is proof of attendance. This lesson will also be deducted from your account.
A reservation can be cancelled up to 1 hour in advance by notifying me, otherwise we will be forced to charge for the lesson.
Upon timely cancellation, the lesson will be posted back to your account within the week. You will receive an e-mail as proof of this.
The class will not take place if there are fewer than three participants. In this case, this will be compensated with an extra week of validity for those who did book the class.
Lessons are non-refundable and expire after the validity date communicated at the time of the order and always available on your profile.
Exceptionally on presentation of a doctor's note, the validity of a lesson package can be extended.
Please be present at least 5min in advance to start the class on time.
In summer, classes continue in the garden when the weather is nice.
Each class has its Whatsapp group, this is to share important information. This group is not used for other purposes.
Yoga blocks are available on request and free to use.
It is more hygienic to use your own yoga mat. If you wish to postpone purchasing a yoga mat, a yoga mat can be borrowed on request.
Yoga Inner Yu is not responsible for accidents and theft that happen.
Pregnancy classes can be taken up to 6 months. Please follow the instructor's advice, this entirely at your own risk and responsibility.
Taking part in classes is entirely at your own risk. If in doubt about his or her health, the participant is advised to consult a GP.
If a class is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (illness or training of the teacher), the validity will be extended by one week on your account.
There are limited classes during short school holidays or public holidays.
Closure due to holidays will be announced well in advance. If it falls outside school holidays or extended weekends, additional arrangements will be made.
During the summer months of July and August, there are no classes, but there are online or events. The validity of a class card purchased for these months will be adjusted pro rata accordingly. You will also not receive recordings of Online D-stress yoga during this period.
Inner Yu reserves the right to adjust its prices. The adjustment will be communicated via e-mail in a timely manner.
Hourly schedule or location may be adjusted over time.

ONLINE LESSONS

After taking an initial free online D-stress yoga class through Zoom, the participant can register as a client via the purchase of a monthly subscription.
Upon registration, you will receive a temporary password as a personal login for your account.
Subscription payments are made by direct debit through the online payment system.
In the subscription for online D-stress yoga, a recording after each week is available for 1 month.
With a subscription for online D-stress yoga, you cannot physically take classes on location. You can if you freeze your class package and switch to a temporary subscription for Online D-stress yoga. E.g. in July and August when there are no classes on location.
Weekly Zoom's link for online D-stress yoga can be found in your account.
Your subscription can be cancelled each month and will not be charged the next monthly amount after the notification.
If you cannot attend the Online D-stress yoga live, you will receive the recording after the class within 48h.
If exceptionally the online D-stress yoga class cannot take place live due to illness or training, you will always receive the recording in its place. This will be communicated clearly in advance.
There is no minimum number of participants for the online class to take place.
The subscription is not refundable and once your membership is discontinued, you will also not receive any more recordings.
At any time, your membership can be reactivated.
Please be present at least 5min before the online class starts.
Online D-stress yoga is weekly on Saturdays and continues during school holidays.
The Online D-stress yoga class has a Telegram group, to share important information. As well as to meet like-minded people and learn from each other.
During the online class, the sound is off from everyone so as not to disturb the class.
If you have an injury or specific complaints that require attention, consult your doctor whether the class is advisable at that time.
Yoga Inner Yu is not responsible for accidents that happen during the class.

During the online class as well as in the Telegram group, you will not engage in inappropriate behaviour that may disturb others. If you do, you will be addressed about this or even banned from access and membership will be terminated.

You will not receive any further recordings if a class package expires or if you stop participating.
Upon inactivity of 6 month, we will contact you whether the account should be retained. After 1 year, it is effectively closed.

YOGA RESET WEEKEND & EVENTS

Price of the retreat or event is an all - in formula, meaning meals and drinks are included.
Upon payment of the deposit, your place is reserved.
In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.
You will receive the invitation to pay the remaining balance 30 days before the start of the event.
Upon payment of the remaining amount within 14 days, your participation is confirmed,
If you cannot participate in the retreat due to force majeure and this proven after paying the balance, you will be given the opportunity to have someone else participate in your place.
You will receive an instructional email with what to bring.
You will receive an e-mail with questionnaire on allergies and any restrictions to consider.
You will receive an e-mail for agreement by privacy law whether images may be taken of you personally or in group.
Photos will be taken during the retreat for marketing purposes, these will not include any indecent images or personal emotional moments. Photographs taken will be sent to each rights holder beforehand. If a photo may not be used, you will be given time to inform us.
We treat what happens or what is shared during a retreat with discretion. Everyone is safe and supported.
Events are not refundable or cumulative with other services provided by Yoga Inner Yu.

COURSES

Price of the course includes both live and online lessons & videos that become your possession upon purchase.
You can join the course with a one-time payment, no package or subscription.
During the courses, your questions will be answered weekly via the contact form in your account or on the website. Your answer will be answered by email or jointly in a Q&A.
If you are dissatisfied with the content, you can claim a refund up to 30 days after the purchase. Please email this to support@yogainneryu.com and provide the reason for dissatisfaction and refund. We will process your request within 7 working days.
